Happy Friday! The Kentucky Derby is set for this weekend and Pinterest users are pinning big hats, spring dresses and mint julep recipes to an endless list of Pinterest boards. 1. Courier-Journal (Louisville, Kentucky) The first of two Kentucky Derby themed boards by the Louisville Courier-Journal is Kentucky Derby Party Recipes. The board description promises pins from “restaurants and our archives to help you put together the ultimate party.
